Steven Mark Sciacca founded Pizzette in 2019. As a lifelong baker and owner of Mominette Bistro in Bushwick, he wanted to create a old NY pizzeria in East Williamsburg with decor that evokes the early 1900s, when his grandparents first arrived. Taking elements from his Italian upbringing, all dough, cheese and juices are made in house, fresh daily.

You can't make a great pizza without making a great dough. we use classic old world bread making techniques to create a tender, flavorful dough that can hold up our fresh ingredients without getting soggy. Taste for yourself and see. 

Pizzette has a lively bar, cozy decor and a large party room in the back for hosting special events.
