Pizzette was founded in 2019 by Steven Mark Sciacca, a lifelong baker and owner of Mominette Bistro in Bushwick. With a deep passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to create something fun and casual for Brooklynites, he opened Pizzette's doors and built a neighborhood spot rooted in old-world technique and old New York charm.
